ABSTRACT
Brugada syndrome is classically characterized by coved-type ST-segment elevation in leads V1 or V2. Repolarization abnormalities in peripheral leads have been previously reported in patients with Brugada syndrome; however, spontaneous isolated type 1 Brugada patterns confined to non-right precordial leads remain rarely described, particularly in individuals without a prior diagnosis of Brugada syndrome. TAKE-HOME MESSAGE: Spontaneous isolated type 1 Brugada patterns confined to non-right precordial leads may suggest underlying Brugada syndrome and serve as potential markers of malignant ventricular arrhythmias.
